Antec International has developed an easy, step-by-step web-based Product Calculator for developing individualised HACCP-compliant biosecurity programmes. This is a key component of the Antec Biosecurity Assurance System - an integrated set of tools to help farmers manage Quality Assurance programmes.

Flexible and powerful..

The Product Calculator automatically suggests appropriate products according to the user's country and biosecurity procedure together with dilution and application rates. By noting the farm house size, a clear table of product volume requirements is calculated. These calculations are refined to take into account the use of the building floor and ventilation type providing enormous flexibility and customisation.

Third party verification

The final stage of all HACCP based programmes is third party verification. To facilitate this all programmes produced by the Product Calculator may be automatically e-mailed to your nearest Antec representative for third party verification to ensure the procedures are appropriate.
